Apartment Buildings
A convenient amenity for your residents.
Apartment vending depends on a useful common-area location and dependable access for both residents and the operator. Describe occupied units, common-space use and management rules so an operator can assess the property before arranging a visit.
What to include in your request
- Describe occupied units and the common areas residents regularly use.
- Confirm who controls the lobby, laundry room or other proposed space.
- List access hours, security arrangements and restrictions on deliveries.
Questions to ask an operator
- Does the building have an existing vending agreement?
- Who handles complaints, refunds and damage reports?
- What removal arrangements apply if the service does not suit residents?
Check the fit before installation
A resident count alone does not establish demand. Consider visibility, walking routes, nearby stores and whether people can reach the machine when they need it.
Agree the starting product mix
Invite product requests through the property manager or a simple resident survey. Discuss accessibility, noise, appearance and any restrictions on products with the operator.
How listing works
Your request is visible to paid operators on the site. They may contact you using the details you agree to share. A listing is free, remains active for 90 days, and has a private renew/remove link. You choose whether to proceed with any operator who responds.
Equipment, installation costs, service, commissions and removal terms depend on your agreement. We do not vet operators or promise a match. Check credentials and references before agreeing terms.
