Hotels

Give guests a convenient option after hours.

A hotel’s needs vary with occupancy, guest mix, other on-site food options and overnight staffing. Explain these patterns to operators so they can propose a service that complements your property.

What to include in your request

  • Share typical occupancy patterns and seasonal changes without disclosing guest information.
  • Describe the lobby shop, breakfast service and other existing refreshments.
  • Identify a secure, visible location that service visitors can access.

Questions to ask an operator

  • Who should the front desk contact for faults or refunds?
  • Can replenishment be scheduled to avoid guest disruption?
  • Which appearance, noise and product rules apply to the location?

Check the fit before installation

Ask how the operator handles quiet periods, stock availability and service interruptions. Check that the proposed machine fits the space and the property’s presentation standards.

Agree the starting product mix

Discuss guest requests and products suited to the property. Confirm how prices, payment methods and service contact details will be displayed before installation.

How listing works

Your request is visible to paid operators on the site. They may contact you using the details you agree to share. A listing is free, remains active for 90 days, and has a private renew/remove link. You choose whether to proceed with any operator who responds.

Equipment, installation costs, service, commissions and removal terms depend on your agreement. We do not vet operators or promise a match. Check credentials and references before agreeing terms.
