Offices
Vending that fits the working day.
Give an operator a useful picture of your workplace: who is in the building, when they arrive, and what is missing from the current break room. A small office and a busy shared building need different equipment and service plans.
What to include in your request
- Count typical on-site attendance by weekday, rather than total employees on payroll.
- Explain the current coffee, water, snack and lunch options, including nearby shops.
- Identify a visible break-room location with suitable access and power.
Questions to ask an operator
- Who approves products and equipment for the building?
- Can the operator restock during working hours, and who provides access?
- How should employees report payment or product problems?
Check the fit before installation
Ask for an offer that fits actual attendance and service access. Hybrid schedules can make daily demand uneven, so discuss the busiest and quietest days.
Agree the starting product mix
Ask staff about drinks, snacks, dietary preferences and acceptable price ranges. Share those preferences with the operator rather than committing to a fixed menu before discussing supply.
How listing works
Your request is visible to paid operators on the site. They may contact you using the details you agree to share. A listing is free, remains active for 90 days, and has a private renew/remove link. You choose whether to proceed with any operator who responds.
Equipment, installation costs, service, commissions and removal terms depend on your agreement. We do not vet operators or promise a match. Check credentials and references before agreeing terms.
