Warehouses

Plan vending around every shift.

Warehouse and industrial locations need a service plan that reflects shift changes, break times and access controls. Tell operators how many people are present on each shift and which existing food or drink options remain available overnight.

What to include in your request

  • Provide typical headcount for each shift and the days each shift operates.
  • Explain security checks, loading access and any restrictions on delivery vehicles.
  • Identify indoor placement options away from vehicle traffic and environmental hazards.

Questions to ask an operator

  • Can restocking happen outside peak loading and shift-change times?
  • What safety induction or access process must a service visitor complete?
  • Who is responsible for contacting the operator if a machine stops working?

Check the fit before installation

Discuss equipment capacity and refill frequency together. A machine should be practical to replenish without disrupting the workplace, and the proposed position must satisfy the site’s requirements.

Agree the starting product mix

Share shift workers’ preferences for cold drinks, filling snacks or other products. Ask how the operator will adjust the assortment after observing purchases and collecting feedback.

How listing works

Your request is visible to paid operators on the site. They may contact you using the details you agree to share. A listing is free, remains active for 90 days, and has a private renew/remove link. You choose whether to proceed with any operator who responds.

Equipment, installation costs, service, commissions and removal terms depend on your agreement. We do not vet operators or promise a match. Check credentials and references before agreeing terms.
